   I have spent a long time searching the internet and it appears there is a private investigator in Arizona that has located him. Don't know if it's true or not but seems reasonable.

   According to public records Maria Crimi Speth handles the legal inquiries. General counsel inside the company is David S. Gingras. Ed is probably out of the country or will remain in hiding. The last known address at 2033 west mcdowell in apache junction has a separate rental that Ed rents. According to the renter he has not been there in several months.

   should retract false reports on Ripoffreport
   because he is already on probation,
   and any potential report about his drug or alcohol use
   could result in a revocation of his law license.

   06-2059 Disposition Summary David S. Gingras Bar No. 021097 File No. 06-2059 Supreme Court No. SB-08-0157-D/R By Arizona Supreme Court judgment and order dated December 5, 2008, David S. Gingras, 3200 N. Central Ave., 20th Fl., Phoenix, AZ was suspended for 30 days. He was placed on probation for two years and is required to participate in the State Bar’s Member Assistance Program (MAP). He was also assessed the costs and expenses of the disciplinary proceedings. Mr. Gingras was reinstated effective February 19, 2009. Mr. Gingras was conditionally admitted to the State Bar and required to enter into a MAP contract. The MAP contract specified that Mr. Gingras was to completely abstain from using alcohol, other drugs, or any other mood-altering or mind-altering chemicals for three years. Mr. Gingras violated the terms of the MAP contract and was arrested for driving under the influence. Mr. Gingras pled guilty to driving while impaired to the slightest degree.    i've been a victim of cyber-bulling over the past two-weeks on ripoffreports.com,i ended a friendship with this person years ago and she found out recently that i'm a established photographer here and has managed to bash me and my business to ripoff reports.She was never a consumer of my photography but someone who has managed to bring everything in my life up into ripoff reports and slander my name.i've called the police and there is nothing they can do since she is using a different name..is there anything i can do??this should be illegal
