Does anyone know why these Rip off Report post rank so high on Google?

It is Magic.
Google looks for certain things, if you know what those things are, you can build a site that shows those things to Google. You might notice that Ripoffreport does not get the same love from Yahoo and Microsoft. I have the same thing with Fraudbug, I designed it for Google not for Yahoo or MSN due to the US audience and sheer share of market.
I am sure Ed does not have some special relationship with Google, which I just read somewhere and had to laugh... It is not possible. He does not even need to if it were possible, he is just doing exactly what Google advises web designers to do for SEO. How much "new, Unique" content do you have optimized for your business?
What is helping Ripoff Report.
1. Fresh unique time stamped content (a consumer complaint)Google Loves it!
2. Unique Title Tags (Ripoffreport optimized for a business name) much less competitive than what you are selling....
3. Back links for major Brands

report of report is also used for a form of cyber-bulling as it was for my business and personal life that an old enemey has managed to do.I wrote the editor and he said amercians have a freedom of speech..
