My company has a RipOffReport.com link showing up on top of Google from a fake complaint filed against us by an ex-employee that we fired for stealing. We did not pay the employee $50.00 of their final paycheck. We did this as agreed to stop us from pressing charges. The $50.00 was for the merchandise stole by them.
After telling the ex-employee that we may proceed with with legal action they emailed or contacted ripoffreport.com and admitted it was a lie and was false. Rip off reports "admin" said they will not remove it at all - ever!
Why not remove it if the user who submitted it admits it was a lie!
I wish I had their real address so I can sue them. I read stories about the guy that runs the site ED MAGEDSON "MAGEDSCAM!" - Does anyone know what I can do?
